Non Insulated Flat/Skillion

The popular Colorbond long-span eliminates the need for extra beams, rafters and support poles – giving you maximum space for price. Whether attached to your house fascia or free standing uprights we will provide roofing to blend with and compliment your existing guttering and home. Support beams and poles boast stylish designs in a high gloss with VJ appearance, powder coated to match the colours of your existing home.

Flat/ Skillion – Insulated

The next step up from our non-insulated range provides superior insulation against temperature variations. The Flat/ Skillion also allows for the installation of power outlets for ceiling lights. These roofs still have the beauty, span and strength of our non-insulated versions. They are low maintenance, high quality patios coloured to match your home perfectly.

Gables

Our very popular gable designs are loved for their extra height, space and airflow. Depending on the style you want Daydream Building Innovations will provide insulated or non-insulated gabled patios, in a variety of colours, to compliment your home and garden.

Flyover

The Flyover creates extra height, light and air flow by being elevated above your existing roof-guttering. This allows in natural light, fresh air and creates a feeling of space.

Daydream have brought our dream home to life with expert skills and innovation. We chose Daydream as they provided a complete service so were not trying our luck with various trades and trying to manage them around each other. We were certainly not disappointed with our choice as the finish was everything we could have imagined even considering the additions we decided on throughout the process. Thanks Glen, Zoe & the Daydream team you’ve really restored our confidence after a disappointing experience with a highly advertised company in the local area. The Daydream team are professional & honest tradesmen (no salesman gimmicks or false advertising). They gave us ideas and honest advice and delivered our renovation as per agreed timeframes, budget and to an exceptionally high standard. I would have no hesitation in recommending your company to my family and friends. The entire process ran so seamlessly and Darren and I are so happy with the end result. * Word of warning for others, don’t base the advertising of a company as your sole selection process - This can be very deceptive and we found this out the hard way. Do your due diligence with Master Builders Queensland prior to signing anything. Rest assured Daydream Building Innovations have an excellent reputation within the Building industry and all the necessary licenses, safety qualifications and Insurance.

We’ve recently had Glen, Dave, Mitch, & the Daydream team complete a large re-design and renovation to the interior and exterior of our home. They have been AMAZING to work with!!! From the drafting of our new plans through to the handover of our ‘new’ home it has all been a seamless and stress free process. The team are extremely professional and the attention to detail impressive. We are looking forward to beginning the next stage of our home transformation shortly with a new pool and outdoor entertaining area. Even our neighbours have been so impressed with these guys they are in the process of having their own projects estimated.

We enlisted Daydream to build our pool deck in North Brisbane. Not only are we very happy with the finished product, the team were very professional to deal with and I felt comfortable with Glen, Tom and the guys working around our house with a 6 month old baby.
